Why should we outsource our medical billing to eAssist?

We’re already managing your dental billing so logically it’s the best solution for eAssist to own and be accountable for the entire process from start to finish.

How are payments received and posted?

In the same manner that your dental insurance payments are received and posted. They come to the office via check or EFT, then eAssist retrieves the EOBs to post into your Practice Management Software.

Do I have to buy any additional software?

No! eAssist will process the claims internally on our software.

What work do I/my staff have to do?

Input the insurance information into the patient’s profile in your PMS, like normal and indicate that you need a medical claim sent for this procedure. We will take care of the rest!

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes, we follow HIPAA guidelines to safeguard your PHI.

How long does it take to get started?

We can have your add-on service processed and medical claims generating within a week!
